This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the CGIF Omni App 
collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from 
users (each, a "User") of the CGIF Omni App. This privacy policy 
applies solely to the CGIF Omni App and all products and services 
offered by Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility.

The CGIF Omni App is exclusively for use by CGIF staff members 
with CGIF usernames and passwords. We may collect personal identification
information from Users in various ways, including, but not limited to, 
when Users log into the app. Personal identification information may 
include names, email addresses, and job titles. We collect such information 
only if Users voluntarily submit it to us. Users can refuse to supply 
personal identification information, but this may prevent them from 
accessing certain app features and functionalities.

The CGIF Omni App may collect and use Users' personal information 
for the following purposes:

* To grant access to CGIF resources: Information provided by 
Users will be used to authenticate their identity as CGIF staff members 
and provide access to relevant resources and functionalities within the app.

aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and 
resources provided in the app and to improve app features and functionalities.

* To communicate with Users: We may use email addresses provided by 
Users to send important notifications, updates, or responses to inquiries.

We prioritize the security of Users' personal information and employ 
appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices, as well as 
security measures, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, 
disclosure, or destruction of Users' personal information, usernames, 
passwords, and data stored within the CGIF Omni App.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information 
to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not 
linked to any personal identification information regarding Users with 
our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the 
purposes outlined above.

Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility reserves the right to update 
this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated 
date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check 
this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to 
protect the personal information we collect. Users acknowledge and agree 
that it is their responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically 
and become aware of modifications.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using the CGIF Omni App, Users signify their acceptance of this policy. 
If Users do not agree to this policy, they should refrain from using the 
CGIF Omni App. Continued use of the CGIF Omni App following the posting 
of changes to this policy will be deemed as Users' acceptance of those changes.
